Recruitment Fraud

If you are concerned that you have been approached by Cateringcrewgroup.com, or an agency claiming to represent us, but think it may not be genuine, here is some guidance on what to look out for:

Cateringcrewgroup.com does not ask candidates for money or bank account details at any stage of the recruitment process. We will not ask you to pay for insurances, training, immigration advice etc.

Check the email address and any web addresses – our emails all end with @cateringcrewgroup.com Fraudsters will use something similar, but it cannot be the same.

If you are asked to transfer money via Western Union or other similar money transfer companies, the request will not be from Cateringcrewgroup.com as we operate as a free jobboard  for candidates not a direct hiring agency. From time to time we do online selection of candidates and help you get in touch with the job advertising companies , these companies are prior checked by us and their fees and deductions are not subject to our activity.

On our website you will see the logo and name of Cateringcrewgroup.com – if the logo and name look different to this on any documents, it is highly unlikely to be from us.

Recent fraudulent campaigns have included the names of real employees, these are taken from our Team List , so even if the name of the person supposedly contacting you seems real, it may not be.

If you are interested in a role advertised on our site we recommend you to review the current vacancies list. If you can’t find what you want today, set up a job alert and a Personal Profile for future postings.

If you are still concerned you may contact us via e-mail at office@cateringcrewgroup.com for further verification. We will reply to you as soon as we can. Applications are not accepted or processed via this email address, so please do not send them.
