Name of position: Jr Sous Chef Type of job (perm, seasonal ) Permanent Reporting to: Executive chef Salary/ Monthly or Weekly or hourly pay Salary is around £23500/annum gross+tips around £2500-£3000 per annum Hours per week & Worker Notice Period required 40-60 hours/week Accommodation / Cost: Meals / Transport Provided to work destination & Cost accommodation provided at a cost of £300/month Starting date ORGANIZATION AND DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Star Rating: 4 stars No of Rooms 17 luxury rooms Department or Outlet of the vacancy Kitchen department - 3 rosettes No Of Staff in the dept and volume / covers 6-7 chefs in the kitchen. Around 25 covers daily and 60 on weekends. Role in the department & Job Description: Working on hot section and assisting in other sections if required ; assisting the executive chef with daily duties Type of Menus and Standards of preparation (if applicable) Freshest ingredients are used in the preparation APPLICANT PROFILE Qualifications / Certificates Required for position Yes Experience required Min 2 years experience in the position on offer into a 4-5 stars hotel ; ideally 2 rosette background ; the applicants must have passion to deliver the highest standards of preparation at 2 rosettes level Other requirements Good English required.
