ORGANIZATION & DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION • Department or Outlet of the vacancy: Restaurant; • No of Staff in the department/ covers: This is an a la carte restaurant, with contemporary, stone, wood, metal and glass walls. 70 covers lunch and dinner, 2 floor restaurants plus terrace around 25 covers abd. bar around 15 covers, open 7 days; • Role in the department Manage and deliver an effective training and development system for all restaurant staff to ensure that they meet the group’s required high standards and develop in their roles; • Type of Menus and Standards: 3 rosettes standards, British with modern twist. APPLICANT PROFILE • Qualifications/ Certificates: Yes; • Experience required: Must have 5* hotel experience as a Restaurant Manager; • UK experience is must; • Someone in his/ her 30 - 42 max.; • Ideally someone with Gastro Pub background;Competences Skills/Other:
