- Monitoring and ensuring that food production, catering and food services are complying with company HSE & Quality standards, policies and procedures to avoid food contamination - Conducting internal investigations and audits related to food safety - Managing external audits - Training team members on HSE and food risk management - Liaising with government bodies for required certifications and approvals (if applicable) - Implementation of HSE policies, procedures, processes and systems - Working with food suppliers, the Purchasing Department & Supply Chain department to ensure the quality of products are to the standards requiredCompetences Skills/Other:
- HACCP qualifications & training - Certification in Food Hygiene - minimum 4 years of HSE experience in catering or hospitality BOSIET Certificate ( OPITO approved) is a obligatory required Rotation would be for the first 2 shifts 60/30Other jobs from Offshore and remote sites
