Name of position: Chef de Rang (for the fine dining restaurant) Type of job (perm, seasonal ) Permanent Reporting to: Restaurant Manager Salary/ Monthly or Weekly or hourly pay £18.900/annum gross including service charge. Hours per week & Worker Notice Period required Min 40 hours/week ; any overtime will be given back in lieu Accommodation / Cost / Meals There is accommodation available on site: shared room at a cost of £285 per month; or single room at 450 /month. The accommodation is next door to the hotel and it is a shared house with other 3 people with shared kitchen and bathroom. For positions above cdp that are managerial, accommodation is offered for 2-3 months. Then candidate must find on his/her own and be able to have/acquire some short of transportation. Starting date ORGANIZATION AND DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Department or Outlet of the vacancy restaurant No Of Staff in the dept / covers Covers around 50-60. Number of staff FOH around 15 and BOH around 6-8 Role in the department Assist the Restaurant Manager complete the appointed tasks Type of Menus and Standards 3 rosettes standards , British with modern twist APPLICANT PROFILE Qualifications / Certificates Experience required Fine dining experience is required.
