Hours per week & Worker Notice Period required: Salaries will be based on a 50-hour/ week, 5 days/ week, 2 off. • Accommodation/ Meals/ Transport: Transport provided to work destination. Accommodation offered on or off site, depending on whether staff have transport. Charge from £252/ month (single and shared, depending on availability), all bills included. At the offsite accommodation, there is kitchen. Not for the in site. • Starting date: TBC. ORGANIZATION & DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION • Star Rating: 5 stars; • No of Rooms: 15; • Department or Outlet of the vacancy: Restaurant; • Role in the department & Job Description: Assist the Restaurant Manager and the Head Chef respectively complete the appointed tasks; • Type of Menus and Standards of preparation (if applicable): Freshest ingredients are used in the preparation. APPLICANT PROFILE • Qualifications/ Certificates Required for position: Yes; • Experience required: Min 2 years’ experience in the positions on offer; • Have fine dine experience (rosettes or Michelin star experience is preferred);Competente Aptitudini / Altele:
Candidates can make initially telephone or skype interviews with the client but after a successful first one, they must attend a trial; • Other requirements: Fluent English required.
